Quadrant’s experienced and expert production team has many years experience of small to medium cable assembly and panel building.

Accredited to BS EN ISO9001:2008 quality standard and trained in accordance to IPC 620C workmanship standards, these practices are used throughout our Production processes in every panel assembly manufactured.

Marine antenna control box enclosures, metal bracket assemblies holding delicate radio base station equipment, slice and interface panels and 19” rack mounted panels equipped with PCBs and connectors such as BNC, TNC, SMZ or SMA are all part of our recent panel and box build catalogue of work.

Quadrant’s design team can also help design or improve existing panel designs using the latest AutoCAD 2D and 3D software. An extensive range of slice panel and 19" panel cable assemblies have been designed to meet customer requirements using standard zinc passivated steel or the latest aluzinc plated steel metal work.
