Binder has introduced single-ended overmoulded cable connectors in an effort to update its line of M12 profinet products.
The electronics specialist has created the items in both male and female forms that feature four gold-plated contacts.
As part of the move for the Series 876 D-coded products, the standard Profinet design - which is often employed for automation networking applications and in industrial settings - has been adapted.
The male and female versions are available in two, five and ten-metre lengths and are both moulded to a shielded polyurethane cable.
Inside this lies 22 AWG wires, but other lengths and types of line can be provided should the customer so request.
Binder explained: "The connectors have a rated current of 4 A per contact and a total rated voltage of 250 V."
It added protection against debris and liquid is ensured by its IP67 rating - which is delivered when the connection is fully mated.
Quadrant offers an extensive range of high quality connectors, supplying standard coaxial connectors for all standard cable groups.
