Semi-Rigid & Conformable Cable Assemblies
High tolerance semi-rigid and conformable cable assemblies have been made at Quadrant for nearly 20 years and supplied to RF, Defence and Marine markets to name a few.
The semi-rigid cable assemblies can be made in two or three axis and all three axis cables are drawn in 3D to ensure complete accuracy to customer requirements using the latest AutoCAD software. Standard bend tooling and custom designed and made tooling jigs are part of the specialty skills at Quadrant.
Quadrant has invested in technical capability and engineering expertise to ensure RF tested customer made semi-rigid cable assemblies to meet our customer needs on products such as delay lines and phase matched cables.
